RETURNS:
If for
any reason you are not completely satisfied with your RIVAGE on-line purchase,
simply return it and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount
of the purchase.
- We
recommend that you send your return via insured Parcel Post for your
protection and to insure prompt delivery. We’re sorry, but return shipping
fees are not refundable.
- If
your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier save the box and the
merchandise and notify us immediately at customer.care@rivagessence.com.au or fax us at
our fax number 02 6933 1603. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged
package and the damaged items will be replaced.
